We need to make sure we take care of ourselves to be able to take care of them. I know it can be difficult to find childcare so that you can take some time to yourself without it being costly.

Pampered Parents is an intimate play group setting where you can join two other parents with their young ones. The children can play for an hour while you share stories and indulge in a 15 minute massage of your choice without having to concern yourself with childcare.
